Aaron Rodgers Cleared To Play For Giants

Aaron Rodgers cleared to play for Giants

The Green Bay Packers are still fighting for the last spot in the NFC playoffs and will have Aaron Rodgers returning from a concussion for this Sunday game against the New York Giants. The Packers are 86 and in the middle of a battle with the Giants for the likely last spot left in the NFC Playoffs.

Green Bay gets Aaron Rodgers back on the playing field after he passed all concussionrelated tests today. Rodgers left the Packers Week 14 game in the first half against Detroit with his second concussion of the season and was on the sidelines last Sunday as Matt Flynn nearly led Green Bay to an improbable psn codes hack win in New England vs. the Patriots. The Packers lost both games along game of war fire age cheats hack with what looked like a strong grasp on a playoff spot in the NFC. If the Packers lose to the Giants, they are done for and have nothing else to blame but the stockpile of injuries throughout the season.

While Rodgers return is certainly good news for the Packers, it probably worse news for New York. The Giants were on the cusp of a playoff spot (and probably the NFC East title) until Michael Vick led the Eagles to 28 points in the final 7 1/2 minutes, capped off by DeSean Jackson punt return touchdown to end the game. Now, a loss at Green Bay would put the Giants on the brink of an unthinkable collapse. A win would equal a return to the playoffs. But can they really mentally come back from such a disaster last week in their final home game of the 2010 NFL season?

Aaron Rodgers is one of the five best quarterbacks in the NFL and easily could be the difference in a Packers win at Lambeau Field on Sunday. Green Bay and New York (and potentially Tampa Bay as well) would all be at 96 heading into the final week if the Packers can win. Green Bay has share this site Chicago at home while the Giants travel to Washington and the Bucs play in New Orleans vs. the defending Super Bowl champions.

The Saints, theoretically, could also lose their last two games, but for now it appears it is a race between the Packers, Giants and Bucs. And whoever wins on Sunday will be in the driver seat.
